STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction

​By purchasing from [Insert Business Name] ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

​All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

​Payment by default at least 50% downpayment for order confirmation.

​Payment must be made in full before shipment thru any of our available channels .

KrigKrafts Enterprise is a Non-VAT entity, prices quoted are by default inclusive of 3% sales tax.

​KrigKrafts Enterprise is a BMBE and is exempt from withholding tax generated from income and business operations. 

3. Shipping and Delivery

​We ship nationwide within the Philippines via available couriers typically Lalamove & Transportify for same day deliveries, and J&T, AP Cargo, LBC for longer distance deliveries.

​Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

​We can guarantee turnover dates to courier, however actual delivery times are estimates are dependent on the courier and are not guaranteed. 

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

​Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds are accepted provided that damage is due to manufacturing defect and not due to customer misuse and incorrect information provided for customized items (ie: accidental breakage, water damage due to  mounting in a high humidity environment, wrong client dimensions, etc.)

​Under Philippines consumer law, items that are broken or defective upon arrival can be returned for a refund or exchange.

5. Limitation of Liability

​Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, in accordance with local regulations. 

6. Governing Law

​These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
